On Android devices, animations may be turned off depending on your settings. If so, please try the following:
1. Open the "Settings" app on your device and tap "Accessibility"
2. Tap "Colour and motion"
3. If "Remove animations" is turned on, turn it off
This resolves it in most cases. Please give it a try.
